Our client is a financial services company that excels in providing loan products to businesses. They faced considerable challenges in managing their CRM, lifecycle of leads, and operations around loan processing, and required a comprehensive solution to consolidate these processes and ensure efficiency and transparency throughout the entire loan lifecycle, starting from lead capture to disbursement. The project entailed designing an integrated system using Salesforce as the primary CRM and lead lifecycle management tool. This included merging Salesforce with custom .NET applications, SharePoint for document management and collaboration, and the US Small Business Administration (SBA) through their API. The system also incorporated extensive underwriting, approval, and loan disbursement flows.
