Our client is a leading company in the tech installation industry, specializing in providing comprehensive installation services to various sectors. They faced significant challenges in managing their installation processes, leading to inefficiencies and miscommunications that affected their overall productivity and service delivery. The client required a robust solution to streamline their installation management, ensuring efficient coordination, accurate tracking, and clear communication with clients and team members. To address these needs, we developed a custom install portal using Salesforce and the Lightning Design System.
