We updated the system to a newer tech and ensured that all the modules were easy to use and well-accessible.
We've optimized the lead generation and merchant flows for a more streamlined experience. We updated the legacy system keeping the data intact and providing a clear and intuitive user experience. Introduced a batch file processing system, keeping track of uploaded files, work in progress, and any data failures during processing. Enhanced security by truncating confidential fields from PDFs shared with merchants. Restricted merchant editing by making PDFs non-editable, ensuring the integrity of documents shared by the admin. Implemented a comprehensive residual report, incorporating complex calculations for improved insights.
